We will be traveling to San Diego by way of LA (Anaheim -- taking the rugrat to Disneyland) end month and would like to know where we could eat at in San Diego -- namely, seriously good food in a kid friendly place. Any suggestions of where to stay also? Somewhere nice and clean but won't break the bank.

Thanks.

I could swear Anaheim is in Orange County and not LA.  But what do I  know I only worked at Disneyland for 3 years.

"The Mission" - best breafkast ever. prices are affordable. ambience is busy (crowded and long lines....but WORTH the wait...trust me on this).  street parking sucks.  this is around the Mission Beach area. Yelp it and you'll find my review there.
