Dr. Kleiss is a great OB/GYN. She is calm and cool and explains your medical options in clear and concise terms. I feel very confident with her.

Yelp is one of the most reliable sources for doctors I have found. I called Dr. Kleiss after reading her yelp reviews, and was dismayed at the 4-ish month wait to come in as a new patient. The appointment person put me on a cancellation list, though, and I got a call three weeks later!
I had an 8:45 appointment and got in close to 8. The waiting room was pretty full. Dr. Kleiss was terrific at discussing options with me, and answered my questions in a satisfying, reassuring way. She has also been great with follow-up. I've had to speak to her on the phone a couple of times, and she calls back pretty promptly and does not act like you are wasting her time. Scheduling appointments after the initial visit is much less of a wait as well. The staff at the office is quite competent, and things appear to be run efficiently, although it is a madhouse since almost everyone adores her.

Dr. Kleiss is one of the most caring, thoughtful, understanding, personable, informative and best doctors I've seen. It is terribly hard replacing your longtime doctors that you grew up with or used in another city, and replacing a doctor of this sort is quite a task. They have to have the right personality but also the best skill. Bedside manner only gets you so far.
She is friendly and personable and upon first meeting you, brings you into her office while you sit with her face to face at her desk and she gets to know a bit about you and your medical history, what you need, what you've had before, anything you have questions about. This immediately made me feel like I had made the right choice because she put me completely at ease.
She knows things like where you can get your prescription filled at the lowest cost and if filling it three months at a time will save you any money. Finally, this new breed of doctors that cares about the out of pocket costs to their patients!
Without going into too much detail, she's the best doctor of this sort that I have ever seen.
Everyone in the office, from the front desk staff, to the appointment clerks to the nurses and the ladies in the lab is friendly, smiling, and you can tell they enjoy working there. That says a lot about the doctors, in my opinion.

OK...so I went to the OB/GYN the other day....
Well, maybe not. However, my wife did so this isn't the strangest review...or is it?
Anyway, she raved and raved about Dr. Kleiss like I would rave about a pie from Lombardis. Professional, very friendly, personable, comfortable, informative, and all those other things.
She did all the woman things perfectly, better than anyone ever in history. Got it? Good. So there you have it. She gets top dog rating and every woman should use Dr. Kleiss from this day forward!
Update: I got to meet Dr. Kleiss recently and I have to say she is great. Relaxing and down to earth demeanor which settles you down about big things (like up and coming babies).

Dr. Kleiss is an excellent doctor. The first time I went in to see her, as a new patient, she took me into her office and talked with me for a while to find out as much as she could about my condition. She took a lot more time with me than some doctors I've seen in the past.
More importantly, she helped me solve a problem I had for quite some time, and was able to offer a solution that my previous gynecologist hadn't suggested.
I highly recommend her.

Dr. Kleiss is the best! It can be kind of weird moving to a new town and replacing your entire pit crew. Thank goodness I found Dr. Kleiss and she just "got it" right away. She listens, she's open minded and she made me feel comfortable right off the bat. What more can you ask for when you're asking a total stranger to go "downtown?"

I have to say ditto. I loved her. Unlike so many doctors that you wait forever in the lobby and then another 45 minutes in the room. They rush in put on their gloves and barely talk to you. But Dr. Kleiss invited me in her office, sat patiently and addressed my concerns and I really like her and her staff. Its a clean and professional environment. She immediately found a problem and addressed it right away. I would highly recommend her and the location is great as well.

Okay, I've been putting off actually writing reviews on Yelp for forever... I know, lame. But for Dr. Kleiss, I just HAVE to. She's that freaking fantastic.
She is the perfect mix of being competent and personable so that your experience is nothing but comfortable in a potentially extremely UNcomfortable position. I don't know anyone who digs having their goods so blatantly on display... it's not a fun thing. Dr. Kleiss is quick, efficient and distracts you with her good nature so that before you realize it, everything's over. Perfect.
I found Dr. Kleiss when I was looking for a better OB/GYN when I found out I was pregnant with my first child. She took her time answering every question my husband and I had along the way, injecting humor without making us feel stupid... even when there was a problem with the baby (everything's fine, thanks for asking).
I could seriously go on and on about Dr. Kleiss, but I'm sure you get the point. It's not very often that a doctor inspires such passion in their patients... and she obviously does just that.

She's great. She talks to you like she's been your friend for years... which is exactly what you need when someone's going to be exploring all around in there... you know what I'm talking about.

The wait time was too long and I felt like Dr. Kleiss was very arrogant and talked down to me. It was not a positive experience.
